THE WORK · THE GATHERING

The Advanced Narrative Offsite

You already have the gathering on the calendar. I join it as the guest who runs the story work. One or two days inside your own room, stress-testing a story that already works against everything that is about to change.

The Fit

Who brings me into the room

The Offsite is advanced on purpose. It assumes a story that is already clear and credible, and a team honest enough to ask whether it will stay that way.

The aligned team facing a new chapter

Your result said the story is working across the organization. But a raise, a new market, a leadership change, or a hard year is coming, and the story that got you here has not met it yet.

The leadership that wants the work done together

Some narratives cannot be evolved by memo. The Offsite puts the whole leadership in one room so the next version of the story belongs to everyone who has to tell it.

The Shape

What the days hold

Your agenda stays yours. The story work threads through it on the same spine as everything I run.

Source

Before I arrive, I learn the story you tell now, from the artifacts and from a few of the people who carry it. I come in knowing where it lives, not just what it says.

Examine

In the room, we put the story against the future: the scenarios, the audiences, the moments you can see coming. We find where it holds, where it strains, and where it goes quiet.

Author

We draft the evolution together, capture the new stories the room surfaces, and leave with a story roadmap for the next twelve to twenty-four months, owned by the people in the chairs.

The Outcome

What your team walks away holding

A narrative tuned for what is coming rather than what already happened. New keystone stories captured while they were still warm. And a roadmap that names the moments where the story goes to work next, so the offsite glow becomes Monday behavior.

Nothing Dead-Ends

Something to read, something to do

Read · The Field Guide

Aligned teams are usually ready to work on the page. The Field Guide gives every leader the instrument so the room's work continues at sixteen desks.

Do · The standing relationship

For some teams, the Offsite becomes an annual rhythm. For a few, it opens the door to Storyteller in Residence, where the guest stops being a guest.

The story that built this company is true. Is it still the truest thing you could be telling?

Put me on your agenda

Tell me when your leadership gathers next and what the year in front of you holds. We will scope the day, or the two days, around the moment you are actually facing.
