The team whose story is costing them now
Your result said the gaps have started to fill themselves in, with versions you did not write. Investors, candidates, your own people. A Sprint stabilizes the story before someone else finishes it for you.
Six to nine weeks where I work beside your team as your hired guide. Not a workshop you attend and forget. A stretch of real weeks that ends with a story your leadership can actually deploy.

The Sprint serves teams at two very different moments. What they share is urgency: a story that has to start working soon.
Your result said the gaps have started to fill themselves in, with versions you did not write. Investors, candidates, your own people. A Sprint stabilizes the story before someone else finishes it for you.
The pieces are there. The story lives in two or three heads and dies when they leave the room. A Sprint turns what works on a good day into language the whole leadership can carry.
We move through Source, Examine, Author together, on a cadence of weekly working sessions with your leadership.
I interview the people who carry the story today: founders, leaders, the voices your audiences actually hear. I read the artifacts, the decks, the all-hands, the about page. The raw material is already in the building.
We put your story against the matrix and find where it holds and where it leaks. Which rooms get the kitchen table, and which get the police report. The pattern is usually clear within two sessions.
We draft the keystone stories, build the shared language, and map where the story shows up next: who says what, where, and to whom. Then we rehearse it in the room until it sounds like you.
Shared language your leaders did not have to memorize, because they helped write it. Two or three keystone stories tested out loud. A deployment map for the next twelve to twenty-four months, with the handoff named inside it: who holds the voice when other hands start to write and speak it. You walk away holding all three as one document, the Activation Blueprint, yours to keep. The Sprint ends. The story does not.
The workbook for the team that wants to keep the instrument in hand. Each leader works the EDGE Method on the page between our sessions, so the live time goes to the hard parts.
Most Sprint teams keep a lighter rhythm afterward: a check-in around big moments, or the Offsite a year on. Nothing about the Sprint assumes more. Everything about it makes more possible.
If your strategy is sound and the room still is not moving, what story is the room actually hearing?
A Sprint starts with a conversation, not a contract. Bring your result, bring the moment you are heading into, and we will find out together whether these weeks belong on your calendar.
